The weather here in the Houston area is FINALLY started to cool off a bit and I am just thrilled!  Autumn has always been my favorite season.  I love crisp Fall mornings, blue skies, brightly colored leaves, mums and pumpkins! Another thing that I really enjoy about cooler weather is adding more "comfort" foods to our mealtimes.  During the hot Houston Summers, I rarely think of having soup for dinner, but as the weather cools, I often serve soup for dinner for my family.
